The Just2easy Parent Portal allows you to securely message your child’s teachers and school staff.



Please note: Schools may choose to limit which staff members you can contact or restrict messaging altogether. All messages are logged in a central message log and can be read by school administrators, even if later deleted. Please use the messaging service courteously and for school-related communication only.


  1. Log in to the Parent Portal on your desktop or mobile app using your registered email and password. Click here for more information on registering

  2. Select your child’s account if you have more than one linked.

  3. Open the Messages section from the main menu.

    You will see school messages, class messages, and staff messages within the messaging area of the Parent Portal. As a parent, you can read incoming messages from the school and class groups, but any replies you send will move into 1:1 messaging with the staff member. Parents are not permitted to reply within a class discussion board.
    




  4. Choose the staff member you wish to contact from the list provided by the school. (This may be a streamlined list, as school may limit the staff you are able to contact.)

  5. Type your message clearly and politely.

  6. Click Send to deliver your message instantly.
