You can customise your notifications to make sure you’re always kept up to date with your child’s progress, new messages, and updates.


  1. Log in to the Parent Portal via your web browser using your registered email and password. Access more information on logging into your desktop Parent portal account here

  2. Click on your profile name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select My settings

  4. Select Notifications from the menu.

  5. Choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive:

    • Push notifications – show as banners or badges on your connected device (when using the app).

    • Email notifications – send alerts directly to your registered email address.

  6. Toggle on or off the notification types that suit your needs.

  7. Changes will save automatically.
