When your child’s teacher sends a message through the Just2easy Parent Portal, you can easily reply using either the mobile app or the desktop version.
Open the Just2easy Parent Portal app on your phone or tablet.
Log in with your registered email address and password.
- A red notification badge will appear on your child’s account if you have received a new message. Tap on the child’s account with the red badge to open it.
Tap the Messages icon on the home screen to view all your conversations.
A green number will appear on the relevant discussion board/s (in this case it is "Class 1")
Select the teacher’s message you want to reply to, and click "Reply to teacher"
When replying to a teacher, the message will move to a 1:1 message board between you and the teacher. Only you and the teacher you are replying to will see this message
Type your reply in the message box at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Send button to deliver your message.
Your message will be sent in a 1:1 message with the teacher. It will not appear in the class discussion board. Only the teacher will see your response.
Make sure push or email notifications are turned on so you don’t miss any new updates/replies.
Tips:
Notifications: Make sure push or email notifications are turned on so you don’t miss new messages.
Message history: All your conversations with teachers stay in the Messages area for easy reference.
Keep messages clear and polite — teachers receive many messages daily.
All messages sent through the Parent Portal are stored in a central message log, where they remain accessible to school administrators even if they are later deleted by the sender. We kindly ask that you use the messaging service with courtesy and respect at all times.
