Reinstating a pupil’s deleted file
Follow these steps to restore a file a pupil has deleted:
Open My Files from the Launchpad.
From the left-hand menu choose Pupils' Files.
Locate the correct class, then open the child’s folder. (We are selecting Harry for this example)
Click the bin icon (this shows deleted items for that pupil).
Find the file you want to restore and click the tick next to it to reinstate it.
If you want to remove the file permanently, click the red cross next to the file instead.
Important: if the file does not appear in the deleted (bin) view, it has already been permanently deleted and cannot be reinstated.
