HWB users do not have automatic access to the Just2easy Resource Library.


However, you can create a tile that points directly to the Library and share it with your school so everyone can quickly access your published resources.


Follow these steps to add a Library tile to your j2launchpad:



  1. Log in to j2e.com using your HWB login details.

  2. Click the “+” button (usually in the top-right corner of your Launchpad).

  3. In the Tile Name field, type a clear name, e.g., “Just2easy Library”.

  4. In the URL/Link field, paste: 

    https://www.j2e.com/library
  5. (Optional) Add a thumbnail image and choose a tile colour to make it stand out.
  6. Click + to add the Library tile to your Launchpad.

  7. To share with your school, hover over the tile, and select the share button

  8. Use the drop down menu to show sharing options, and choose Share with my school (Please note - you can choose specific users or classes in school if you prefer not to offer access to all users).

  9. The tile is now visible on all user accounts (including teachers)


This process only needs to be completed by one teacher in school. Once done, all users in school will have access to the resource library
