Revoking access to a Parent portal account
If a parent’s access needs to be removed (for example, due to a change in contact details or safeguarding concerns), you can quickly revoke it through the Just2easy Parent Portal management area.
Log in to your Just2easy teacher account.
Navigate to the j2dashboard (which can be found in the Teacher's area)
Click the parents/carers tab
Use the drop down menu to select the class the student belongs to
Locate the student whose parent account you need to revoke.
Select Revoke Access (Red x) to remove an active account
The parent/carer's account will now be revoked/unlinked
The parent will no longer have access and, if necessary, you can reissue a new invite.
Repeat the process for any other linked children in school
Tip: Revoking an invite or access will not affect any other linked parent or guardian accounts for that child.
You can revoke access to a QR code or email invite either before or after a parent has registered. This helps safeguard the Parent Portal account without affecting any other registered parent accounts. Find out how to do this here:
