Before You Begin

  • You must have a manual J2e account (login with your school name, not SSO).

  • If you’re unsure or need one set up, contact support@j2e.com for assistance.

  • Schools must request a connector licence from RM to enable integration.

Linking RM Unify with Just2easy

  1. Log in to RM Unify and install the J2e app.

  2. When prompted about your licence, locate the “connector licence” settings.

  3. Retrieve your establishment key:

  4. Enter your establishment key into RM Unify to complete the setup.

Linking Your Users

  1. Go to https://www.j2e.com/dashboard/?rmunifylink.

  2. Click “Export CSV” to download your user list.

  3. Upload the CSV file to the User Matching page in RM Unify.

  4. Match the Just2easy admin profile to the corresponding RM Unify profile.

  5. Log in to the J2e admin account via RM Unify to confirm the link.

  6. All users can now log in to J2e using their RM Unify credentials.
