As part of our ongoing commitment to improving usability and reducing clutter, Just2easy has undertaken a Launchpad Streamline on October 13th.


This update simplifies navigation by grouping similar tools together and removing duplicate or less frequently used tiles.


Below you’ll find details of the tiles that have been removed and guidance on where to now find them within the updated Launchpad layout:


Removed Tiles and Where to Find Them 


  1. Dashboard, Help tile, Training opportunities, Live lessons, Just2easy TV YouTube link and Just2easy.com

    • Now found within: The Teacher's Area

  2. Pupil files and Shared files

    • Now found within: MyFiles

  3. Manage Users

    • Now found within: j2dashboard, which is located within the Teacher's area    

    • Once in j2dashboard, click the "manage users tab"

  4. j2vote

    • Now found within: j2data 

  5. j2write

    • j2write housed various Just2easy tools, all of which can be accessed either via JIT (JIT Write and animate) or j2create. 



  6. j2measure

  • j2measure can be used within j2create, by clicking on the measure tool as shown below:
