The Staffroom in Just2easy is a shared area within each school’s account where teachers and administrators can store, organise, and collaborate on files and folders. All content in the Staffroom belongs to the school account and can be accessed, edited, moved, or deleted by any staff member, making it an ideal space for sharing resources, planning materials, and collaborative projects.

Sometimes you might need to save a copy of the files or folders in staffroom into your own My Files area. Anything copied into My Files is no longer collaborative. 




Moving files/folders into My Files

  1. Open the Staffroom
    • Go to your Staffroom area in j2e. You can find this in My Files
  2. Select the File or Folder 
    • Hover over the file/folder and click the green inspector button
  3. Choose “Copy to My Files” 
    • From the file menu, select “Copy to My Files”.
  4. A copy will now show in your My Files area. This copy is no longer collaborative, and only you will be able to see the changes that are made
