Just2easy offers QR code logins as a quick and secure way for pupils to access their accounts without typing usernames or passwords.


How it works (within Just2easy) :

  1. Teachers can generate individual QR codes for pupils from the J2dashboard (now found in teacher's area). Click here to find out how to create a QR code login for your pupils

  2. On the j2e.com login page, pupils select the QR code option.

  3. They hold their QR code up to the device’s camera to be instantly signed in.



Alternative method: 


  1. Open the device’s camera app.

  2. Scan the QR code.

  3. Tap the link that appears to open Just2easy and log in.




Important notes:

  • QR codes are a pupil-only login solution. Teachers and staff must use their school’s designated login method (manual, Google, Microsoft, or SSO via services such as Hwb, Glow, or C2k).

  • QR codes are especially helpful for younger learners, shared devices, or classrooms where typing credentials is time-consuming.

  • The availability of QR login may depend on device and browser compatibility.
