Learning can be added to a journal directly from JIT or j2create by either children or staff.
Look for the journal button in the tool bar.
NB: On a new file, the button will be greyed out until something has been done on the file
Once you have clicked on the journal button, choose the journal you want to add to from the list.
NB: Children will only see journals that they are a part of in their list
This will take you to j2journal, and automatically add the file you have been working on to the journal entry. Optionally give your journal a title and description.
Tag any/all children who were involved in the learning.
NB: If connected to the parent portal, all parents connected with the children tagged will be notified and see this learning appear in their journal.
Select any folders that you want this work to be sorted into. There is an opportunity to add new folders here (see https://support.j2e.com/a/solutions/articles/77000575037).
Click 'Add item'
