Staffroom Overview

Each school has a virtual Staffroom in Just2easy; a shared space where teachers and admins can add, edit, move, and delete files or folders. All content in the Staffroom belongs to the school and is fully accessible to staff members.

    1. Open My Files

    2. Locate the file or folder you wish to share

    3. Hover over the document, and click the inspector button (green i)

Viewing Files

  • Files in the Staffroom aren’t accessed via the usual format (account name/username/filename).

  • Instead, they’re accessed:

    • Using the direct URL found in the share dialogue, or

    • From My Files.

  • The link remains unchanged even if the file is renamed.

  • QR codes linked to these files remain valid, even if the folder structure changes (e.g., folders converted into zones).
