Creating and managing classes
Once pupils have logged into J2e for the first time they are placed in the class they were assigned to, or into a “no class” folder.
Teachers can then use the manage users tool to arrange pupils into registration classes and teaching groups.
Pupils can only belong to one registration class, but can be a member of multiple teaching groups.

Creating a class:
Click on the manage users tile
Click on the classes tab
Click + (under manage classes)
Select either registration class or teaching class > type a class name > click ok
Your class will then appear in the class list
Adding pupils to your class:
Click on the manage users tile
Click on the classes tab
Click on the drop-down menu (to the right of the class name) next to the relevant class
Click on the + icon
Select the learner to be added - you can select multiple pupils by holding the Ctrl key
Click ok
Removing pupils from a registration class
(Please note - If you are accessing the site using a managed service (such as c2k, GLOW, LGfL or HWB), then you are not able to change the registration classes. This will need to be done within your managed service provider, and the information will automatically sync to Just2easy).
Registration classes do not allow pupils to be removed - only to move from one class to another:
Click on the manage users tile
Click on the classes tab
Click on the drop-down menu (to the right of the class name) next to the class you want to move the user to
Click on the + icon
Select the learner to be moved
Click ok

Removing pupils from a teaching group
Click on the manage users tile
Click on the classes tab
Click on the drop down menu (to the right of the class name) next to the relevant class
Select the relevant user to be removed
Click on the x icon
