Teachers can view pupils' work without it being shared.
All work saved by pupils in school is automatically visible to teachers via the Pupil Files tile on your launchpad.

To view pupil work:

  1. Log in to Just2easy

  2. Click on the "Pupil Files" tile 

  3. Alternatively, You can access this directly from MyFiles - by clicking the pupils' files tab to the left of the screen

  4. Choose the relevant class (Registration classes are in green, teacher classes are in purple)

  5. You will see a folder for each pupil. Click a folder to open and view their files.


Viewing all pupils' work in one screen:

If you prefer a quick overview of all pupils’ work:

  1. Open the class you wish to view
  2. Tick the "List view" box. 


This shows all files in one class/the whole school, with the most recently saved work at the top.
