Integrating G Suite for Education with Just2easy

Just2easy can integrate seamlessly with your school’s existing digital systems. By connecting your G Suite for Education account, staff and pupils can use their G Suite login to access Just2easy.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to j2e.com.

  2. Click “Sign in with Google.”

  3. Log in using your G Suite for Education admin credentials.

  4. When prompted to grant access permission, click Allow.

  5. Once logged in to Just2easy, go to Manage Users (this can be found in j2dashboard - now located within the Teacher's area).

  6. Click the G Suite button – this will sync all user data from G Suite to Just2easy.


Important Notes

  • Data Synchronisation: Just2easy pulls user data directly from your G Suite for Education account. If details are incorrect in Just2easy, update them in G Suite and repeat the sync.

  • Keeping Data Updated: Repeat the sync process whenever changes occur in school (e.g., new pupils or staff, class adjustments).

  • One Login for All: After setup, users can log in to Just2easy using their familiar G Suite credentials, reducing confusion and password resets.
