Passwords in Just2easy can be changed by both pupils and teachers through their own My Settings area in J2launchpad. Parent passwords, however, are managed differently — they can be reset using the “Forgot Password” link on the Parent Portal login page How to change your password
Login to your Just2easy account (if you have forgotten your password, see advice below)
Click your username at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Select "My settings".
Select the "Change password" tab.
Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice.
Click Change password to confirm your new password.
