Assigning Library Resources as Homework

  1. Open the Library resource you want to assign as homework.

  2. Click the "Homework" button within the resource.

    • This will automatically fill in the homework title, description, and URL fields based on the resource.

  3. Edit the description if desired.

    • You can add your own audio instructions to provide additional guidance. This is optional but can make it more accessible.

  4. Add extra files if needed by clicking the "Add File" button. This can be particularly useful for adding examples, additional support files or success criteria. 

  5. Assign the homework task to a user, class or multiple classes using the "add classes or pupils" button. 

    Click "ok" to assign

  6. Click "create homework" to assign homework.

  7. The library resource will be automatically shared with your students as part of the homework assignment — there is no need to share it separately beforehand.
