Just2easy can be integrated with existing digital systems within school. This guide will help you to integrate a G suite for Education account, allowing users to use their G suite login to access both sites. 

1.    Navigate to j2e.com

2.    Use the “sign in with Google” button

3.    Use the admin credentials for your G Suite for Education account

4.    You will be asked to grant access permission - click allow

5.    Once logged into J2e, click manage users

6.    Click the G suite button - this will sync all data from G suite to J2e:

Things to note:

·    J2e will pull all user data directly from your G suite for Education account. If information is incorrect in J2e, it will need to be changed in G suite for Education, and the syncing process repeated

·    You should repeat the sync process whenever there are changes within school (e.g. new pupils or teachers, class changes)
